Verification Process

After upload, documents go through review:

Pending Review - Just uploaded

Under Review - Team is examining

Verified - Approved and accepted

Rejected - Not accepted (reason provided)

Needs Revision - Corrections required

Document Deletion

To remove a document:

Click trash icon

Confirm deletion

Document permanently removed

Note: Cannot delete system-generated documents or documents referenced in active applications.
